On October 1 at the RHC conference in Buffalo, you’ll get a chance to see and discuss the draft Recommendations from DHCR on review of the RPC program. Beginning at 1 PM, this pre-conference track will also ask for your comments and hopefully we can engage in a good discussion as well. This document has potential to impact all non profits with RPC and NPC contracts so we anticipate a good turnout for this program on Monday.
